All items are shipped with Two Day Fedex Express, USPS or UPS two day priority rate. We do not ship International orders. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after shipment is delivered.
If your mail address includes a PO BOX we must ship USPS and can cause delays.
We ship in U.S from Guilford, Connecticut. We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days from receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Mon through Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded.
Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) is an option and can be selected at checkout. Please allow for one day for processing.
