Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns for unbroken and untampered items within 30 days in exchange for a full refund for product, excluding shipping charges.
We do not accept returns on personal hygiene products.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Contact email@example.com about your issue and we’ll work it out together.
If an item is damaged in transit please email a photo of the damaged product and we will issue a refund.

Please note that Mindful Goods is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Mindful Gifts.
