Fast, Reliable, and Gift-Ready Shipping

At Mindful Gifts, every order is packed with care and sent as quickly as possible so your gift arrives on time and beautifully presented. All of our gifts are hand-packed from our studio in Guilford, Connecticut, and ship nationwide.


Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 2 business days after being placed.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email or text as soon as your package ships.

During peak seasons (such as November–December), please allow up to one additional day for processing. We’ll always do our best to keep your gift on schedule.


Delivery Timeframes

We ship primarily through USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on the destination.
Most packages arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.

Every order is beautifully packaged and ready to gift.
We include a free handwritten note card with your personal message. Simply add your note during checkout—we’ll take care of the rest!

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS.
We do not ship internationally at this time.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text notification with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order status.


Delays or Delivery Issues

If your package appears delayed, first check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Occasionally weather or carrier issues may cause minor delays beyond our control—but we’re always happy to help track your order.
