Shipping Policy
All items are shipped with Two Day Fedex Express, USPS or UPS. We do not ship International orders. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after shipment is delivered. We also have no control of the shipment once in transit. If a package is lost in transit we will issue a refund or send a new shipment within 7 days from delivery date.
If your mail address includes a PO BOX we must ship USPS and can cause delays.
We ship in U.S from Guilford, Connecticut to US and Canada. We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days from receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Mon through Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded.
Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) is an option and can be selected at checkout. Please allow for one day for processing.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Addresses that are entered incorrectly and need to be corrected after shipment has been sent are subject to a $19 charge by FedEx.
We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered by shipping company and could have been stolen. To initiate a claim if your package says delivered but you have not received it please call FedEx or UPS.
Packages are not always left in mailbox and can be left at front or side doors, and porches, please check all surrounding areas.
