Bamboo Dishwashing Hand Brush
The bamboo dish brush is an easy replacement for your plastic dishwashing and vegetable brushes in the kitchen and home.
With a bamboo handle and medium weight agave fiber bristles, it is ideal for general dish washing.
Replaces: Plastic dish brushes. Can be used to wash general dishes as well as to loosen stuck on food. For very stuck on food and heavy stains, try our pot scrubber, the plant fiber bristles are stiffer and are better designed to tackle heavier grit.
Multi-purpose: The hand brush can also be used on vegetables that need a good scrub!
Longevity: Each brush can be used for 1-3 months. Make sure to not submerge or soak the wooden parts in water. Hang to dry or place in a dry spot after using it.
If you find your brush is not staying dry, dip the bristles in vinegar occasionally to help kill bacteria. The white teakwood is naturally antibacterial, but the vinegar will help too.
Storage and Care: To reduce cracking, keep the wood parts dry and do not soak or submerge them in water. Cracking is normal for wooden brushes if you tend to get the wooden parts very wet. You can oil your brushes to reduce the potential of cracking if you regularly submerge your dish brushes in water.
Place in a completely dry spot: Hang to dry or place in a completely dry spot after using it. Do not rest the brush on top of your solid dish soap between dish washing sessions, the natural bristles will pick up excess water and cause the handle to crack.
End of life: Once worn out, the wood and agave fiber parts can be composted or buried in the garden.

We ship in U.S from Guilford, Connecticut. We process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days from receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Mon through Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded.
